Retrieve from the Sifinity Control web application. Go to Chargers > Overview → search by serial number or customer name → select the charger record → open the Events tab → filter Type = Connectivity → Export as CSV. The exported filename contains the serial number of the charging station. |

- Not applicable means that the export does not contain structured data fields.
- Export availability may depend on user access rights in Sifinity Control.

Recommended User Guidance
Before requesting or exporting data, make sure you have at least one of the following:
- Customer name
- Charger serial number (s)
- Charger ID (s)
This will help find the correct charger or dataset more quickly.
