Sifinity Control Data Catalogue

Explore the data available in Sifinity Control, including exportable datasets, supported export formats, and guidance on how data can be retrieved and transferred to support data portability requirements.

The table below lists the available data types, supported export formats, included fields, and where the data can be obtained.

Go to Chargers > Overview > Charger Details > Documents

Charger Connectivity Events csv EventId, Severity, Event Type, Value, Type, Source, Time of occurrence Retrieve from the Sifinity Control web application.

Go to Chargers > Overview → search by serial number or customer name → select the charger record → open the Events tab → filter Type = ConnectivityExport as CSV.

The exported filename contains the serial number of the charging station.
Charger Error Events csv EventId, Severity, Event, Type, Status, Source, Time of occurrence, Duration, Error code, Error name, Additional Information, Error description, Time of clearance, Classification Retrieve from the Sifinity Control web application.

Go to Chargers > Overview → search by serial number or customer name → select the charger record → open the Events tab → filter Type = ErrorExport as CSV.

The exported filename contains the serial number of the charging station.
Charger Status Events csv EventId, Severity, Event, Value, Type, Source, Time of occurrence Retrieve from the Sifinity Control web application.

Go to Chargers > Overview → search by serial number or customer name → select the charger record → open the Events tab → filter Type = StatusExport as CSV.

The exported filename contains the serial number of the charging station.
Charging Sessions csv SerialNumber, ChargerId, TransactionId, SessionId (CSMS), ConnectorId, Status, Reason for stop, Session started, Session ended, Energy start (kW), Energy stop (kW), Energy delivered (kWh), Authorization method, Authorization ID, Vehicle EVCCID, Firmware version, Country, Customer If the charger serial number is known, retrieve the data from the Sifinity Control web application.

Go to Chargers > Charging Sessions → search by serial number → Export as CSV
Charger Logs txt Not applicable Customer Support

Notes

  • Not applicable means that the export does not contain structured data fields.
  • Export availability may depend on user access rights in Sifinity Control.
  • For data not directly downloadable from the application, contact Customer Support.

Before requesting or exporting data, make sure you have at least one of the following:

  • Customer name
  • Charger serial number (s)
  • Charger ID (s)

This will help find the correct charger or dataset more quickly.
